I am on this constant health journey seeking to be physically, emotionally and spiritually healthy! It is so important to me to share all of this with you as well.
Before I get onto what I found out that I am intolerant too, let me tell you a little background on what I am eating and not eating. First off, to read my full health story read here then come back and finish this! I stay away from dairy, gluten and soy as much as possible! For me, these were all personal choices when I had certain food attacks that contained these ingredients! GLUTEN has just become a huge NO for me. I also refrain from eating foods with lots of dairy. I LOVE yogurt but everything should be eaten in moderation. I also maintain my sugar levels with hypoglycemia on a daily basis by watching my sugar intake. This is so hard because sugar is a sneaky little fella who gets into all foods. You guys, I love bananas but they are SO high in sugar. Again, everything in moderation.
So this Pinner Test told me that I am intolerant to mushrooms, yeast and tuna! Y’all, SHOCKER. No more orange juice and tuna! Again, being intolerant isn’t the end of the world but the best way to heal your gut is to listen to it. Say goodbye to bloating an fatigue!
If you have ever thought that you are intolerant to a food, take it out of your diet! This test was well worth it and I would of bought it over and over again!
